Logistics Coordinator

Alexander Muss High School in Israel (AMHSI-JNF) is a pluralistic, academic, study abroad program that strengthens our students' Jewish identity, inspiring them to explore their connection to Israel through formal and experiential educational opportunities. The Logistics Coordinator will be part of the logistics team responsible for executing all logistical arrangements and bookings for the school's various programs.

Location: Hod Hasharon

Reports to: Head of Logistics

Position Responsibilities:

Full responsibility for coordinating the logistics of all programs (academic and travel groups), including executing all bookings and arrangements according to schedules and the specific needs of each group (hotels, buses, restaurants, site visits, etc.)
Accompany groups during their time in Israel, from arrival to departure, ensuring ongoing follow-up on all bookings and addressing any on-the-ground needs that arise
Implement changes/updates/cancellations as instructed by the department manager or program directors
Maintain regular communication with suppliers
Approve invoices and payments
Summarize activities after group departures, including drawing conclusions and making improvement recommendations

Requirements:

High-level computer skills – a MUST
Strong service orientation
Availability to respond outside regular work hours when needed
Strong planning, coordination, and organizational abilities
Ability and willingness to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Flexibility, creativity, and strong problem-solving skills
Good level of English
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in logistics and/or operations – advantage
