At monday CRM, we are seeking an exceptional Senior UX/UI Product Designer to shape and craft a simple experience with complex capabilities and an intuitive product while advancing the company’s strategic vision.

About The Role
Lead 0-to-1 processes and projects, guiding other designers toward success.
Brainstorm and design new features, taking concepts through to production.
Offer innovative ideas and translate them into actionable steps.
Make data-driven decisions by experiencing through A/B testing and live results.
Design user-centric solutions by relying on research, feedback, and user interviews that you will initiate and lead, with support from UXR (User Experience Research).
Communicate your solutions effectively to all stakeholders, using your craft and visual skills to inspire.
Collaborate with product, engineering, data science, and marketing teams to create a seamless user experience with a high-end look and feel.
Your Experience & Skills
4+ years of experience designing complex systems/platforms.
Experience collaborating closely with R&D teams.
A positive attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to prioritizing the team's needs and fostering collaboration.
Experience in conducting user interviews, research, and collecting feedback from customers, while analyzing this feedback to develop solutions.
Ability to adapt, switch gears, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
