Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to oversee all technical aspects of Roeto.
The Senior Full Stack Developer will work closely with the executive team to drive the company’s growth through innovative technology. Leading the development teams and will ensure the achievement of strategic goals and establish Roeto as a leader in the wealth management and financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain robust, efficient, and scalable iOS features.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to a high-performing, growing team.

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

3+ years as a Full Stack Developer
Extensive experience with AWS cloud services
Strong expertise in Node.js
Experience in developing technology solutions for the wealth management and financial services sectors

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the CRM industry or related fields
Knowledge of additional programming languages and technologies
Familiarity with agile development methodologies
Strong business acumen and financial management understanding
Orientation with LLM models and machine learning implementations
