Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of engineers working across Unity client and backend systems.
Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable, high-performance features and services.
Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to define requirements and deliver engaging player experiences.
Roll out engineering practices, tools, and processes that improve code quality and development efficiency.
Provide technical guidance, performance evaluations, and career development support to your team.
Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
5+ years of professional software development experience, including 2+ years in a leadership/management role.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience with scalable client/server systems and distributed architectures.
Proficiency in C# (Unity) and at least one backend/server-side language (C#, Java, Go, Node.js, etc.); strong Git knowledge.
Familiarity with databases (MySQL/Postgres).
Background in game development, live ops, or social/mobile gaming – a strong plus.
Experience with PHP backend development – an advantage.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
