The position
As a Field Sales Manager for Obesity therapy you will manage one of our obesity therapy sales teams in order to implement local sales strategies, tactics and policies and you will strive to achieve ambitious goals in line with Novo Nordisk’s strategy and be accountable for results, whether individually or in the team. You will directly report to Senior Obesity BU Director.
Your main accountabilities will be:
Leading and developing: Drive performance by coaching, mentoring, and empowering your team.
Building relationships: Cultivate long-lasting partnerships with customers, understanding their needs and delivering optimal solutions.
Optimizing performance: Analyze data and KPIs to ensure team success and implement brand strategies effectively.
Training and equipping: Empower your team with the tools and knowledge they need to excel.
Contributing and collaborating: Drive business growth and strengthen Novo Nordisk's leadership through strategic planning and teamwork.
Qualifications
To be eligible for the role, you should hold a Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Life science or any relevant medical degree. You need to be fluent in Hebrew and English. You have previous experience from pharmaceutical or medical equipment companies. We would also like you to have:
Preferably at least 3 years’ of experience in sales team management.
Multitasking and the ability to collaborate, including the ability to contribute to the team.
Proven leadership skills and interpersonal approach to people
Digital and innovative approach
Innovative and digital oriented
High performer with team spirit
Self-motivation and engagement
Fluent in Hebrew and English language
