We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our R&D team. In this role, you will be the go-to person for applying scrum to produce high-quality work, managing timelines, resolving problems, and coaching team members on Agile methodologies. You will be working with stakeholders, full-stack developers, team leaders, QA, big data teams, BI, UX/UI, and more. -Proven experience of at least 1 year as Scrum Master/R&D Project Manager -Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques -Experience in leading agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, pre-planning, planning, retrospectives, demos, etc. -Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills -Excellent communication and leadership skills
