Senior Product Manager

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Mobile App Team. This is a highly strategic role with significant impact across the organization. In this role you will work closely with key members of our leadership team to research, ideate, execute, launch, and iterate on new and existing products in the context of the strategic objectives of the company. Your goal will be to help turn our vision and strategy into reality. You will create product roadmaps from conception to launch, set & achieve strategic goals and evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends and deliver innovative products to millions of users.

We are looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity, has a “get things done” attitude and is highly collaborative with a small team of passionate individuals.

A day in the life

Lead the strategic planning, execution, and rollout of the mobile product roadmap in alignment with overall business goals and objectives
Partner with Product Managers across the organization to bring new and existing features to our iOS and Android SDKs
Establish OKRs to drive and measure success for features post-roll-out
Collaborate with the design team to create prototypes and user interface mockups illustrating user experience and product flows
Work closely with the engineering team to ensure we are executing on our mobile roadmap efficiently and with high-quality
Act as a subject matter expert on mobile product management including privacy and regulation changes in the mobile ecosystem
Monitor and analyze industry trends and best practices for mobile applications to ensure we are delivering a best in class mobile experience.
Lead communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Actively meet clients and partners and participate in marketing/advertising events such as meetups, conferences to help shape the conversation as well as learn about customers needs and priorities

What you’ll bring

6-8 years product management experience
Domain expertise in mobile apps, SDK, and the mobile ecosystem - A must
Technical expertise to work hand in hand with engineers in an Agile environment to develop features, set realistic goals and stay on track.
All-around team player, self-motivated with strong communication skills, who thrives working in a fast-paced environment, and is willing to roll up sleeves and do any task to get the job done
Hands-on, initiator, with a high level of ownership and accountability with a mindset of “getting things done”
Impact-driven, user and business oriented with passion for developing products that people love
Strong analytical abilities and comfort with metrics and data
Ability to lead indirectly - influence without authority
Willingness to challenge the status quo, and the confidence to back yourself with rational discourse
Customer focused, ability to listen aggressively to feedback
Strong presentation skills
Fluency in English - both conversational and written
