GROWTH EQUITY INVESTING

RESPONSIBIITIES

Associates in Growth Equity Investing will be integrally involved with all aspects of the investment cycle including:

Sourcing, identifying and evaluating attractive investment themes and opportunities;
Building relationships with management teams, senior advisors and external industry experts;
Performing due diligence;
Financing and closing investments as well as developing, monitoring and implementing value creation strategies at our existing portfolio companies

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or relevant graduate degree a plus
Have an excellent academic and professional record
Between 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, growth equity / VC, management consulting or a relevant operating role in enterprise software

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Financial analysis/modelling experience with robust analytical/problem-solving skills
