Job Description

Legal counsel – Corporate Headquarters

We are looking for a talented, proactive and highly motivated legal counsel to join our legal team at Elbit Systems Corporate Headquarters in Haifa

The successful candidate will be involved in the Corporate Legal Division's responsibilities, handling a variety of legal issues across the organization

Key Responsibilities

Providing legal advice and legal support to various corporate departments, including HR, procurement, finance, export control. marketing, operations, IT etc

Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements, ensuring they meet corporate standards. i.e. procurement, service providers, IT, employment, financial

Providing legal assistance to the company’s subsidiaries in Israel and worldwide

Providing support in different corporate governance issues, compliance programs, procedures, policies and various ESG aspects

Professional Experience

LLB from a leading academic institution

4-5 years of experience (post-internship) as a lawyer in a commercial department of a leading law firm or in-house legal counsel in a global company, with legal experience in privacy, labor law and/or real estate and willingness to learn new fields

Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal (a significant portion of the work is conducted in English)

Proactiveness, strong interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Proven ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and prioritize tasks effectively

Attention to detail and thoroughness

Demonstrated motivation and ability to quickly adapt and learn new and complex fields
