About the role:

The Business admin will be responsible for administrative support as part of Radware Renewal team in Israel.

This is a Temp role for 1 year- 50% role and to be on site in the office for 4 days a week.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Assisting the global Renewals Team in administration and operation aspects.

· Support and train Oracle Cloud users within the Renewal team.

· Work closely with all members of the Global renewal team.

· Success in this role requires a high level of organization and coordination with the broader Renewals team, working hand in hand to achieve the departmental goal.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in administration and operation role within a Global Hi-Tech Company.
Experience with Excel (Pivot, V lookup)
Familiarity with CRM tools and Oracle Cloud or other ERP solutions
Fluency in English written and spoken.
Ability to handle complex customer situations and deliver exceptional customer service.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Proven experience working collaboratively across departments, including sales, customer success, and finance.
Proactive problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
