Work Schedule
40 hours per week. You will work primarily with US-based clients, most of whom are in California. This means late afternoon to late evening hours in Israel are required for client-facing work.
Monday to Friday
Core hours: 10 AM – 6 PM EST
We are flexible.
We understand that working US hours from Israel means your evenings are occupied. You are welcome to take several hours off on certain evenings during the week — dinner with friends, family time, whatever you need. The 40 hours need to get done, but how you distribute them across the week is up to you.

Role Overview:
This is a closing role. We are being extremely direct about what this job actually is so you can decide if it’s right for you before applying.
At any given point, Pearl has 18–25 open deals in the sales pipeline. Roughly 85%+ are inbound leads through our website. We need an AE who can run the full sales cycle from discovery call through close. That’s it. That’s the job.
Here’s the part most job descriptions skip: these deals don’t close themselves over email. After the discovery call, you will need to make phone calls, send follow-up emails, and stay on top of every deal with consistent, high-touch outreach. Some prospects are easy and close over email. Many are half-interested and require persistent, professional follow-up over the phone to bring them across the finish line. If phone-heavy follow-up isn’t something you enjoy doing, this role is not for you.

Directly reporting to founders and head of sales
Your Impact
You will directly contribute to monthly and annual revenue growth by closing high-velocity deals with US-based clients. You will improve pipeline health and conversion rates through disciplined CRM usage and consistent follow-up. Your work will strengthen long-term client trust by ensuring smooth post-close handoffs and relationship continuity. You will help maintain high close rates while preserving a premium client experience. Your insights will influence sales messaging, process optimization, and client feedback loops.
Core Responsibilities (with percentage allocations)
Sales Cycle from zoom call to closed won – 90%
Own the full sales cycle from discovery call through close.
Engage prospects via phone and email after the discovery call — email alone is not enough to bring most deals over the finish line.
Manage 18–25 active deals in the pipeline at any given time.
Pipeline & CRM Management – 2.5%
Maintain accurate pipeline stages in HubSpot. All activities — calls, meetings, and emails — must be logged and marked with proper values. This is a must. If you spoke with a prospect yesterday but we can’t see it on the deal record, this means we have no visibility.
Monitor your conversion rates and won/lost deals — and think critically about how to improve them.
Collaboration & Feedback – 7.5%
Share prospective customer insights with marketing, the executive team, and your sales manager so we can improve messaging and stay aware of what prospects are thinking
Attend 1–2 weekly check-ins (30 min each) with your manager
Potentially provide informal coaching to SDRs or team members aspiring to move into an AE role
Requirements
Must-Haves (Required)
1+ year of experience in a closing role (Account Executive) or in recruitment — recruiters understand how to work with companies paying for talent placement, which translates directly to this role
Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral, professional accent
Strong exposure to US business culture through education or extensive professional experience
High confidence in conducting frequent, high-touch phone conversations — this is a phone-heavy role, not an email-only role
Ability to persistently follow up with prospects over phone and email after the discovery call — multiple touchpoints are necessary to close
We need someone who already has AE or recruitment sales skills and will not require any formal sales training. We will take you through Pearl as a business, explain how we stand in the market, walk you through our client and placement process, and keep you updated on competitive positioning — but we are not training you on sales fundamentals.
Nice-to-Haves (Preferred)
Experience selling staffing, recruiting, RPO, or B2B services
Prior SaaS or subscription-based sales experience
Experience working in high-growth or bootstrapped companies
Background selling into healthcare or regulated industries
Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Active listening and problem-solving abilities to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Proactive communication style with confidence in managing high-touch interactions daily.
Adaptability to fast-paced environments and openness to feedback.
Experience using CRM (we use HubSpot and Apollo io)
