תיאור התפקיד:

קבלת חלקי חילוף - קבלת משלוחים של חלקי החילוף של תחנת הכח, בדיקת התאמה להזמנה, וידוא שהחלקים במצב תקין, תיעוד קבלת החלקים במערכת המידע של המחסן.
סדר וארגון - אחריות על סדר וארגון המחסן, כדי להבטיח סביבת עבודה בטוחה ויעילה.
הנפקת חלקי חילוף - הכנת חלקי חילוף לפי בקשת צוות אחזקה. רישום הנפקת החלקים במערכת המידע.
הזמנת חלקי חילוף - זיהוי צרכים והזמנת חלקי חילוף חדשים לפי דרישות רכש.
ספירות מלאי - ביצוע ספירות מלאי תקופתיות כדי לוודא מלאי תואם לרישומים במערכת, זיהוי פערים וטיפול בהם.
שליחויות - לעיתים ידרש ביצוע שליחויות שונות של חלקי חילוף לאתרי סימנס קרובים ברכב חברה.
תמיכה בעבודות אחזקה - תמיכה באנשי האחזקה והתפעול בעבודות אחזקה שונות בתחנה.

ניסיון קודם בעבודה עם מחסן ממוחשב
ניסיון בניהול רמות מלאי, ספירת מלאי והנפקת תעודות -יתרון
ידע בתוכנות אופיס, אאוטלוק ואקסל - חובה
יכולת עצמאות ועבודת צוות
ניסיון בתפעול מלגזה - חובה (נדרש רישיון)
ידע בשפה האנגלית ברמת קריאה וכתיבה - חובה.
נדרשת הבנה בקריאת תעודות משלוח באנגלית.

How to contribute to our vision
This request is to fill an established, permanent Storekeeper position at the Sorek power plant in Israel, following the departure of the previous incumbent. The role is critical for maintaining operational continuity by ensuring the availability of necessary spare parts and materials for the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) teams. To support the plant's O&M activities, this role will focus on three primary areas: Inventory Management & Control for maintaining accurate stock levels, Logistics & Material Handling for the physical receipt and distribution of goods, and Systems & Process Administration to ensure all transactions are documented correctly within the ERP system. Given the focus on these core responsibilities, the ideal candidate will have significant experience in storeroom management within an industrial or power generation setting. Proficiency with inventory management systems like SAP, strong organizational skills, and the ability to operate with limited supervision are essential requirements for this Specialist Para-Professional (S4) level position.
What You Need To Make a Difference

40% Inventory Management & Control

Maintain accurate inventory levels of spare parts, tools, and consumables using the company's ERP system (e.g., SAP).
Conduct regular cycle counts and physical stock-takes to ensure system data integrity and investigate discrepancies.
Monitor stock levels to identify reorder points and collaborate with the procurement team to prevent stockouts of critical items.
Ensure proper storage and preservation of materials according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards.

40% Logistics & Material Handling

Manage the receiving, inspection, and verification of all incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes.
Organize the storeroom layout for safe, efficient storage and easy retrieval of all materials.
Issue parts, tools, and materials to maintenance and operations personnel, ensuring all transactions are properly authorized and documented.
Prepare and package materials for outgoing shipments, including returns to suppliers or transfers to other locations.

20% Systems & Process Administration

Process all storeroom transactions, including goods receipts and issues, accurately and in a timely manner within the ERP system.
Generate and maintain inventory reports, service records, and documentation for audits and operational analysis.
Uphold and improve warehouse processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and safety.
Liaise with maintenance, procurement, and finance departments to resolve issues related to inventory, orders, and deliveries.

Certifications

Forklift Operator License

Education

Vocational training or technical certificate in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a storekeeper, warehouse coordinator, or similar role, preferably within a power plant, manufacturing, or heavy industrial environment.
Demonstrable experience using an ERP system (e.g., SAP) for inventory management is required.
