The SolarEdge logistics team is responsible for the global distribution and storage of SolarEdge products. The team handles a high volume of deliveries from multiple suppliers to multiple destinations worldwide while ensuring goods are delivered on time and at a competitive cost. The team continuously strives to improve customer satisfaction, processes, prices, and transit time.

We are looking for a results-driven 3PL coordinator to oversee a third-party logistics (3PL) operation, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs), KPIs, and compliance standards are consistently met.

Job Description

Monitor and evaluate 3PL performance against defined SLAs and KPIs.
Ensure 3PL compliance with contractual obligations, SOPs, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Perform inventory transactions in the ERP system
Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, customer service, inventory) to ensure seamless operations.
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting on 3PL activities.
Measure KPI, set & measure improvement targets
Align Vendors & Contractor Manufacturing compliance with the 3PL procedures & local regulations

Requirements:

Industrial Engineering / Economic degree
Import / Export experience will be an advantage
Data-oriented, high analytics capabilities
Proficient in Office, with a strong focus on Excel tools.
Ability to cope & maintain a wide range of data.
Thorough, Accurate
High level of English
Familiarity with ERP systems - an advantage to experience with Oracle
