Manage all administration aspects of the claim and the department.
Provide advice on a claim coverage and the processes involved, and guide insured on how to proceed with the claim.
Collect accurate information and documents to proceed with a claim
Analyses claim circumstances made by insured to satisfy the policy terms and conditions
Monitor the progress of a claim
Get advice from external specialists, such as loss adjusters and forensic accountants, on complex cases
Ensure fair settlement of a valid claim and effective follow up
Ensure the client is treated fairly and receives excellent service in accordance with WTW reputation.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge, Experience

Experience in the insurance field - mandatory Insurer claims!
Bachelor’s degree - Law
Very good Command of English language
Very Good Communication skills
