Project Manager

ONE ZERO is looking for an operation manager who excels in working with multiple stakeholders, assigning and prioritizing project tasks, understanding needs, and translating them into a workplan.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
Demonstrated ability to execute tasks efficiently and effectively
Excellent communication skills
Experience in managing complex integrations and version control
Ability to manage large scale development projects
Strong understanding of system architecture, both high-level and detailed
Ability to facilitate discussions, debate and drive decisions on appropriate solutions
Proficient in leading cross-departmental processes and implementing new processes
High level of proficiency in English, both verbal and written

Responsibilities:

Lead project execution in R&D from defining requirements and planning to successful delivery
Engage in strong matrix interactions with multiple internal organizational interfaces, including R&D, Product Managers, and QA
Take full responsibility for planning and managing project/version in R&D, ensuring on-time delivery, adherence to business, quality, and technical requirements, and alignment with the agreed budget
Collaborate closely with the COO, CTO, and company's platform, Backend and Frontend teams
Effectively prioritize the needs of multiple stakeholders
Lead integrations with third-party organizations
