Business Analyst Lead

We are looking for an ambitious Business Analyst Lead with a passion for strategy and operations in the tech space. The Business Analyst will assess Gett's business units' performance and help them improve their processes and systems to achieve the goals. Proactively guide business growth, and conduct research and analysis. responsible for generating and compiling reports based on the findings, complete with probable causes and possible solutions to systems issuesResponsibilities:Lead strategic projects in collaboration with senior management and internal units to improve operations, pricing structures, products, marketing and more.Providing mentorship, guideance, for other Buiness Analysts and seek ways to boost their day-to-day activities.Lead cross-organizational processes to improve business results and best practices throughout the company.Use analytical skills to identify and resolve business problems.Enable data-driven decision-making and tracking of business performance.Requirements:Requirements:Strong analytical skills, Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an Analyst - MustBachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Statistics, Economics, Management, or another quantitative disciplinePrevious experience in market researchMaster abilities in SQLProficiency in Excel and Python-AdvantageFamiliarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI-AdvantageExcellent interpersonal and presentation skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlinesAbility to act as a mentor for other analysts and provide guidance and support in their professional development.Self-motivated and capable of working independentlyDemonstrates creative and out-of-the-box thinkingFluent in both English and Hebrew languages
