We are looking for a Senior bookkeeper to join our finance team and lead our accounting operations of Rivery’s global entities, including managing partnership around the world with reputable firms. This is a unique opportunity to build and lead finance processes in a fast-paced and fast growing startup.

In this role you will:

Play a key role in the monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes, including accruals, fixed assets, currency revaluation, prepaid expenses, etc., directly and with oversight of our global partners.
Manage AP workflow via PayEm platform, including processing vendor invoices, and maintaining approval flow and payments.
Manage IL monthly payroll process and all related tasks and administrations.
Maintain bank account ledgers and perform bank reconciliations as well as deposits classifications.
Serving as the key contact with bank representatives.
Manage the company’s credit card activities, including automated sync with Mesh platform.
Manage the global intracompany activities, including balance reconciliations.
Responsible for reporting to tax authorities (VAT, 856, Odfot).
Play a key role in defining the company’s policies and procedures.

Required skills:

At least 5 years experience in bookkeeping at a tech company with a multi-currency and multi entities environment.
Experience as a payroll accountant.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
High-level of English proficiency (writing, reading, and speaking).
A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Service-oriented, eager to learn friendly and a team player.
Ability to work independently to implement processes.
Ability to work a full-time position.
