Job Description:

We are looking for a senior-level Thunderbolt Solution Architect to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Thunderbolt board design and a deep understanding of Thunderbolt system architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of reference boards for upcoming Thunderbolt chips.
Own the power-on process , including board bring-up, debugging, and resolving hardware issues as needed.
Drive the board through the full Thunderbolt certification process , ensuring all requirements are met.
Make informed component selection decisions based on system, performance, and customer requirements.
Work directly with customers to understand their board needs and translate them into solid design solutions.
Perform detailed debugging, issue reproduction, and root-cause analysis .
Execute lab work , measurements, validation, and hardware verification.
Serve as the technical focal point for the board design team.
Travel approximately three times per year (international).

Qualifications:
Strong expertise in Thunderbolt board design and architecture .
Hands-on experience with hardware bring-up, debugging, and lab tools .
Ability to work closely with customers and cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
