GO Finance manager / FP&A business partner

Job Description

Finance business partner.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with all GO units & manufacturing sites and provide financial services and analysis - e.g. costing, costs benchmark, idleness
Set the policies & guidelines for GO financial related aspects (Idleness methodology, costing etc.) and make sure all sites are working accordingly
Prepare business plans for all global and main GO projects
Prepare GO financial work plan and 5 year plan in collaboration with all sites
Generate budget vs. actuals analysis. Analyze and explain key variances, trends, and Gaps
Develop a global GO “P&L” view with finance and work with IT to automate the process
Oversee and manage the continued development and implementation of financial tools such as Cost Trend module, PIMS….
Lead a global financial forum comprising of all manufacturing sites finance managers

Requirements:

7+ years of experience as FP&A Analyst or equivalent
Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Accounting/Business Management
Previous experience in similar industry – advantage
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills to navigate, network and lead by influence across organizations and levels
Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills
Ability to work independently with senior leadership across the organization
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint.
Efficient and creative problem-solver, comfortable with ambiguity, complexity, and nuance
Ability to speak and write English fluently
