Senior QA Automation Engineer/Automation Team Lead

Senior QA Automation Engineer 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer testing complex applications, with at least 2 years focused on UI automation. Hands-on experience with Playwright/Cypress/Selenium. Strong proficiency in TypeScript/Python for automation scripting. Experience with API automation testing to ensure seamless integrations. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve complex issues. Proficiency in SQL and data validation for thorough backend testing. Solid experience in writing and executing detailed test plans and test cases. Highly organized, with a strong commitment to quality and on-time delivery. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Automation Team Lead 3+ years of hands-on experience developing automation frameworks in Python or pytest. Proven track record of designing and building test automation infrastructure (not just writing scripts). 3+ years of experience in technical leadership or team management — including hiring, mentoring, and delivery ownership. Strong knowledge of test methodologies: unit testing, integration, end-to-end (E2E), and regression testing. Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools.
