As the Director of Growth at Nayax, you will play a key role in increasing the number of leads and digital exposure of the company and its business unit. This position has a major impact on the growth of the company, leading a multidisciplinary team striving to deliver results.
AS HEAD OF GROWTH YOU WILL:
Build, own and grow our lead funnel and conversations across multiple platforms, including paid media, SEO, affiliate marketing, marketing automation and in-product blasts.
Manage PPC and SEO teams
Own growth marketing from A-Z in order to drive company growth, across all business units
Utilize data and systems to improve efficiency, cost, ROI delivery cycles and decision-making
Implement testing methodologies to ensure constant improvement of KPIs
Mentor and manage team members, which include: organic traffic, email marketing, paid ads, website, affiliate managers and content
Execute and plan the growth marketing strategy for all business units and manage them until execution
Participate in the holistic view of customer journey in all regions and business units
Requirements:
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
6+ years of experience in performance marketing/demand generation / digital marketing
4+ years of experience in a managerial role
Highly creative and passionate about creating amazing ideas
Strategic thinking and goal-oriented approach
Proven experience in growing the company’s funnel and traffic
Understanding and managing different marketing systems
Experience running global PPC campaigns at scale on AdWords, Display, Facebook and more (at least $250K a month) and proven experience driving revenue growth
Knowledge and experience with SEO keywords, technical SEO, CRO and marketing automation
Advantages:

Conduct digital audience research to inform which media channels, tactics and strategy targets personas in the most productive way
Gathering data and showing reports about growth to management
Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to teamwork and working in a collegiate manner
