Senior Product Manager

Overview

As a Senior Product Manager for ActiveFence (AF) Trust and Safety (T&S) SaaS Platform, you will play a pivotal role in driving the vision, roadmap, and execution of our product offerings in the trust and safety space. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, customer success, sales, and customer support to deliver innovative solutions that address the evolving needs of our customers, in the evolving T&S space. Leveraging your expertise in product management and deep understanding of the market needs, you will lead the development of cutting-edge features and functionalities to delight our customers while ensuring the security and integrity of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Roadmap Development:

Craft a comprehensive product roadmap that reflects our vision and aligns with business objectives, prioritizing initiatives based on impact and feasibility.
Define and articulate the product vision and strategy to key stakeholders.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to uncover opportunities and challenges in the trust and safety domain.

Product Requirements Definition, Validation, and Prioritization:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into detailed user stories and product specifications.
Validate features through user interviews and testing to ensure they meet customer needs.
Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality features.
Prioritize feature development based on customer feedback, market trends, and business goals.

Feature Release and Adoption:

Lead feature launches, coordinating with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, messaging, and collateral.
Monitor feature adoption and usage metrics, collecting customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Identify opportunities to enhance user engagement and retention through iterative product enhancements.
Support product marketing, customer success, and support teams in creating effective training materials.

Analytics and Performance Tracking:

Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish tracking mechanisms to measure product performance against goals.
Analyze data and metrics to gain insights into user behavior and identify areas for optimization.
Report regularly on product performance to stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and growth opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with engineering, design, data science, and other teams to drive product development and adoption from conception to launch.
Foster a collaborative environment to ensure alignment and successful execution of product initiatives.
Serve as a subject matter expert in T&S, providing insights and guidance to inform product decisions.
Build and maintain an advisory board of T&S professionals to stay informed about industry trends and market evolution.

Requirements:

7-10 years of experience in product management with a focus on Enterprise B2B SaaS products; experience in T&S or cybersecurity platforms is a significant advantage.
Proven track record of creating roadmaps and leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
Experience working directly with global Enterprise B2B customers.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
Experience in building enterprise-grade web applications and analytics dashboards.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira or Asana.
Ability to excel in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment.
