Medical Lead

We’re hiring a Medical Lead!

Responsibilities:

Represent the company before current and prospective business partners/customers, focusing on scientific aspects.
Prepare applications for the inclusion of new products in the Israeli Health Basket.
Introduce new products to Israeli health funds.
Lead discussions with Key Opinion Leader physicians and deliver enrichment lectures to professional audiences.
Present and participate in the company’s advisory board for physicians, addressing questions and expanding scientific knowledge.
Analyze opportunities for new products for the Israeli market, including product details, relevant diseases, market, competition, etc.
Evaluate competing products while understanding marketing and commercial needs.
Provide consultations on the content of marketing materials.
Develop and train medical learning materials, such as training booklets and presentations, and offer training to new representatives and enrichment for other company employees.
Support clinical submissions to the Pharmacy Department of the Israeli Ministry of Health, necessary for updating indications and dosage regimens.
Coordinate and sign medical agreements with manufacturers abroad.

Requirements:

Ph.D. in Life Sciences or an Israeli license to practice medicine, dentistry, or veterinary medicine.
Minimum of two years of experience in an Israeli pharmaceutical company or a local affiliate of an international pharmaceutical company, such as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL).
Proven experience in submitting applications for the inclusion of products in the Israeli Health Basket.
Advanced proficiency in English, with outstanding speaking, reading, and writing skills.
Strong self-learning abilities, coupled with precise, thorough, and independent scientific work.
Demonstrated capability to lead, represent, collaborate, and coordinate with various stakeholders within the company and externally, both in Israel and abroad.
