We have an opportunity for a Backend Software Developer to join us at Honeywell in ISRAEL, Petah Tikva. To be successful in this role, you will have the ability to use, repair and maintain machines and tools, have good knowledge of engineering science and technology and be an analytical thinker. This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model, should expect to arrive to both in Petah-Tikva and Ramat-Gan offices.

Key Requirements:

2+ years’ experience in working with backend development environments (Networking, embedded systems, backend or full stack)
System level view capability (participate in developing large scale and modular software products)
A self-starter and quick learner that can work independently.

Key skills and qualifications

BSc in Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering from a known university, possible army experience from top cyber army units
2+ years development in high level programing language (C++, Python, Java, Node, etc.)
Tech stack: Python, C++, Linux, MongoDB, on-Prem/cloud, dockers
Familiarity with Linux based environments, CLI, bash scripts, etc.
Advantage to someone who know Python and C++
Advantage: working with Databases (SQL and/or no-SQL), Dockers
