Role

Ensure high service standards and maintain customer satisfaction by providing effective solutions & alternatives to players.

Identify and analyze recurring issues and trends by working with other departments until resolution.

Achieve an optimal support experience through continuous improvement and knowledge sharing initiatives.

Requirements

Native or Mother tongue level in English and Hebrew (written & spoken)

Ability to work weekends, holidays, and nights from home

Availability to work in shifts, including weekends

Independent and self-learner

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Proactive & a can-do attitude

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
