Role Overview

As an Implementation Engineer, you will ensure the successful deployment and adoption of our cutting-edge solutions for our valued clients. You will support the implementation process, from initial configuration to post-implementation support.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and customize our software solutions to meet specific customer requirements.
Integrate our solutions with existing customer systems and infrastructure.
Perform system testing and quality assurance.
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users.
Create user guides and other documentation.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.
Assist customers with the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to our solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the implementation process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and support, to ensure customer success.

Requirements

Technical Proficiency 2-3 years of experience in retail technology implementation, IT project management, or a related role.
Strong technical knowledge of hardware and software systems, including IoT and retail POS systems. ·
Proven experience with troubleshooting and technical support.

Customer Focus: Ability to build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional support.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven experience in software implementation, systems administration, or a related field.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
