Product manager-Fintech

We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager in the Fintech domain with a natural ability to deliver on product initiatives across the company.

Our Product Managers lead all aspects of their product and drive cross-functional teams that cover all product aspects. The PM owns the product backlog, UX, feature definition and continuously strives to improve KPIs.

You will be part of a squad and will work closely with Engineering, Data, Design, Marketing, and Support teams and prioritize product development to achieve the squad objectives.

Responsibilities

Take full responsibility and ownership of your product development, all the way from ideation to production
Define products and features, specify use cases, and write specs involving payment functionality
Own your product area, features, and KPI and work as part of a squad of engineers and designers while collaborating closely with Support, Marketing, and Control teams
Analyze users’ behavior and data, identify new trends, and take action accordingly
Understand Vthe companies' strategic and competitive position, and deliver products that are best in the messaging industry
Be the owner and expert on your product and its market

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years as a product manager of fintech/ financial products– a must
Data-oriented and driven, analytical skills
A leader with superb interpersonal & communication skills
Product experience in B2C / mobile app
Strong understanding of user experience and user behavior
Excellent English and presentation skills
