ERP Financial Implementer

Matrix is seeking a skilled and motivated *ERP Financial Implementer* to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects and grow into a managerial path with a focus on the *Tafnit ERP system*.

*What You’ll Do:*
* Lead full-cycle ERP projects: from analyzing requirements to deployment.
* Map and improve financial workflows and business processes.
* Write functional specs and collaborate closely with developers.
* Conduct system testing, deliver end-user training, and oversee go-lives.
* Understand database structures and interface development.

*What We’re Looking For:*
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent financial discipline – _mandatory._
* 4+ years of hands-on experience in *ERP financial implementation* (design, configuration, deployment).
* Experience with *Tafnit ERP* – _strong advantage._
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Full-time position

Based in Kfar Saba, *with travel to clients across Israel*
