Bid & Proposal Manager

IDE Technologies is seeking a highly motivated Bid & Proposal Manager to contribute to the success of our Commercial department.
Key Responsibilities:

In charge of global water treatment projects sales life cycle from initial phase up to contract closure, throughout the entire technical and commercial cycle.
Responsibility for developing major technical and commercial proposals and bids in compliance with customer’s specifications.
Tight interface with process, engineering, costing department, legal department, finance, and upper management teams.
Participate in marketing activities.

Reports to: VP Commercial
Location: Kadima
Requirements:

Bsc. in a relevant field, such as: mechanical/Industrial/chemical engineering, MBA is an advantage.
Vast experience in Commercial activities abroad in water / infrastructure / construction business.
Experience in Project management of water / infrastructure / construction projects – Advantage.
Experience in bidding to complex tenders.
English – full proficiency, Spanish – advantage
Frequent traveling abroad
