In this role you will be responsible for providing project execution and analytical support to the Operational Excellence team and its main initiatives. You will report to Yokneam OpEx (Operational Excellence) manager. You will plan, perform, and implement process improvement initiatives (such as Lean or Six Sigma). Come strengthen your specialized skills and enhance your expertise. We’ll support you with the training, mentorship, guidance, and networks you need to advance, and empower you to work in the way that’s best for you.

A Day in the Life
• Plan, perform and implement process improvement initiatives. Organize, lead, and facilitate cross-functional project teams.
• Diagram and evaluate existing processes. (Including time measurement and layout drawing).
• Develop metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities.
• Collect data to identify root cause of problems.
• Measure performance against process requirements.
• Coordinate and follow- up with different internal functions to ensure and on the time execution. • Communicate team progress.
• Deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement and control.
• Perform cost and benefit analyses.

Must Haves
• Industrial Engineering/Economics bachelor's degree (degree entitlement)
• Proficient in English
• Good inter-personal skills – motivate without authority
• Analytical and data driven
• Capabilities and desire for self-learning

Nice to Haves
• Experience in Lean methodology
• Experience in Medical device company
• Lean in Six Sigma -Yellow/Green belt certification
