As a computerized warehouse employee, he/she will handle the day-to-day operations of

Viora/Sinclair Israel Logistical warehouse. including inventory and counting control, preparation of deliveries, pre-shipment packing and other warehouse arrangements

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator at our Israel office. The Warehouse Administrator will handle the day-to-day operations of the Sinclair Israel Logistical warehouse including inventory, stock control, preparation of deliveries, pre-shipment packing and warehouse arrangements.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years experience in a similar role.

Location: Industrial Park Sagi 2000, Migdal HaEmek, Israel

What You'll Be Doing:

Receive goods from suppliers and subcontractors, including inspection and documentation.

Organize and maintain warehouse layout and cleanliness. Ensure inventory accuracy through regular counts and updates.

Prepare shipments for subcontractors and customers.

Issue delivery notes and update inventory systems accordingly.

Handling of defective materials

Tracking and documenting the receipt of goods (quantities, costs, etc.),

Arranging allgoods in relevant warehouses according to location, revisions and type of item.

Preparation of documents and delivery certificates for each goods that are exported,

monitoring of defective inventory (MRB),Responsibility for maintaining available inventory

for the benefit of warehouse operations.

Preparing and packing shipments to the company customers, including packing and issuing delivery notes

Your skills and experience

Essential:

1-2 years experience in a similar role

Able to perform maintenance work for ongoing and general operational support.

Quick learner

Responsibility, flexibility and the ability to find creative solutions.
