Technical Writer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Technical Writer. who will be part of our growing team!

Requirements:

3 + years of experience as a Technical Writer.
Deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts and technologies - a big advantage
Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Technical Writer, Content Writer, or similar role, preferably in the technology industry.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
Strong research and analytical skills to gather and synthesize information from various sources.
Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS), documentation tools, and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, WordPress).
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic programming languages is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

Write, edit, and maintain comprehensive admin guides, user manuals, and technical documentation for various products and features.
Develop clear and concise feature descriptions for customers, highlighting the benefits and technical specifications.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accurate and up-to-date content.
Create and update online help content, FAQs, and knowledge base articles to support customers and internal teams.
Translate complex technical concepts and procedures into user-friendly content that is easy to understand.
Ensure all content adheres to company style guides and branding guidelines.
Conduct thorough research to stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in technical writing.
Review and revise content based on feedback from subject matter experts, customers, and other stakeholders.
Participate in content strategy planning and contribute to the continuous improvement of content processes and standards.
