Comblack is hiring a Help Desk Specialist!
The role involves phased setup of project excellence sites, including deployment of infrastructure and technology equipment, and providing ongoing technical support to employees, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues both remotely and on-site.
What we are looking for:
- Experience working in a Windows environment (administration and installations)
- Knowledge of CMD, PowerShell, and scripting
- Experience in networking: TCP/IP, switches, and routers in a LAN environment
- Experience installing physical workstations (formatting, image installation, connectivity)
- Ability to identify and diagnose endpoint equipment issues and resolve them, including investigation and troubleshooting of faults and conditions
