morning is looking for a Creative Content Manager to join our marketing team.

What You’ll Do:

Own Our Creative & Content Strategy

Lead and shape our creative and content direction across channels
Build multi-platform content strategies aligned with marketing and business goals
Develop bold, original concepts for campaigns and brand initiatives
Turn business objectives into compelling brand stories

Lead Social Media End-to-End

Take full ownership of all social channels (organic + collaborations)
Plan and manage monthly and quarterly content calendars
Adapt messaging and creative to each platform
Build and nurture an engaged community
Manage influencer and partnership collaborations when relevant

Create, Produce, Execute

Write high-quality marketing content and execute campaigns independently (A–Z)
Lead photoshoots and content productions
Work closely with designers, video editors, and freelancers

Ensure all creative output is on-brand, high-quality, and impactful

Requirements:

2+ years of experience creating digital content.
Proven experience leading creative concepts and campaigns.
Hands-on experience managing social media channels.
Strong conceptual and creative thinking.
Excellent Hebrew writing skills.
Ability to independently lead and execute campaigns end-to-end.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
