Role definition

Planning and managing finished goods inventory across global logistics centers

Meeting customer delivery deadlines

Oversight of logistics centers, including continuous improvement of efficiency, response times, and costs

Oversight of distribution and transportation operations, ensuring target shipping times and cost optimization

Implementation and maintenance of organizational information systems at headquarters and across group companies

Responsibility for the company’s IT infrastructure

Management of Customer Support and Customer Success operations

Building and developing the Customer Services organization

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering; Master’s degree in Business Administration / Information Systems

Strong systems-thinking mindset with a business-oriented approach

Proven management experience in an industrial company with international operations

Management experience in a high-volume operational environment

Familiarity with information systems and advanced operational management and control methodologies

Languages: High-level English proficiency; additional languages are an advantage

Willingness to travel abroad
