About The Role

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team and take full ownership of customer-facing projects - from sale to delivery.

This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Delivery, R&D and Operations, ensuring that every customer project is delivered on time, within scope, and with full alignment across teams.

This is a role with real ownership, visibility, and impact on the company’s success.

Requirements:

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end project management for customer deliveries – each sale is treated as a standalone project
• Be fully aware of customer delivery timelines and milestones, and ensure alignment with internal teams
• Work closely with Sales and Delivery to deeply understand what was sold to the customer, including product configuration and scope
• Coordinate with R&D to understand the current status of relevant development efforts and translate them into operational and delivery requirements
• Bridge gaps between R&D, Operations, and Delivery to ensure feasibility and timeline accuracy
• Build and manage detailed project plans (Gantt charts) for each project and continuously track progress
• Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies early and proactively drive solutions
• Gain deep familiarity with all product BOMs, required components, and operational needs
• Monitor timelines, follow up on execution, and ensure on-time delivery to customers
• Collaborate closely with R&D, Operations, Sales, and Delivery teams
  
  

• Proven experience in Project Management, including building and managing Gantt charts
• Strong understanding of technical products and the ability to communicate effectively with R&D teams
• Experience managing cross-functional projects involving development and operations
• Ability to see the big picture while managing details, timelines, and dependencies
• Strong ownership mindset, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• High-level English proficiency (native-level preferred)
  
  

• Experience working with hardware-software integrated products
• Background in technology-driven or R&D-heavy environments
• Familiarity with manufacturing, logistics, or operational processes
• Cybersecurity knowledge (not required)
