abra R&D is looking for a System Engineer!

System engineer for projects in the fields of command and control (C4I) systems, air defense, training, and connectivity.

We are looking for a talented System Engineer to lead the development and integration of advanced systems. The role involves working on complex multi-disciplinary systems (System of Systems), rich in software and dedicated hardware components.

You will take part in the entire development lifecycle – from defining the solution, through detailed design, integration, testing, and delivery to the customer.

As a System Engineer, you will define system requirements, write specifications, guide engineering teams (software, electronics, and more), and lead complex integrations involving multiple components and subcontractors.

Requirements:

• Degree in Systems Engineering / Aerospace Engineering / Physics / Software Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in end-to-end system engineering.
• Ability to write system requirements and specifications documents, with an understanding of system-level QA processes.
• Familiarity with Situational Awareness domains (air/sea/land), aerial picture, and electronic warfare systems (COMINT/ELINT).
• Full proficiency in Hebrew and English.
• Team player with the ability to work in a dynamic and demanding environment under pressure.
• Strong self-learning abilities.
  
  

• Experience with defense C4I systems.
• Familiarity with TFS (Team Foundation Server).
• Experience with system-level simulators and trainers.
  
  

• Valid driver’s license – mandatory.
• Willingness to travel abroad.
