We are seeking a motivated and skilled System Engineer to join our growing team in a dynamic and challenging defense-related environment. The System Engineer will be responsible for leading and supporting the development of complex multidisciplinary systems throughout the entire system lifecycle -from requirements definition to system integration and validation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and analyze system-level requirements and architecture.
• Lead system design activities, including hardware, software, and interfaces.
• Participate in design reviews and risk analysis processes.
• Collaborate with R&D, project management, integration, and testing teams.
• Support system integration, troubleshooting, and validation at various stages of development.
• Interface with customers and subcontractors regarding system requirements and performance.
• Generate and maintain technical documentation (specifications, test plans, etc.).

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering – mandatory.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a System Engineer, either in industry or in a military technological unit (e.g., MAMRAM, Ofek, Talpiot, etc.).
• Experience in multidisciplinary systems (including electronics, software, and mechanics).
• Familiarity with the full system lifecycle – from concept to deployment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Security clearance – an advantage.

Advantages:

• Experience with defense systems (e.g., radar, communication, EO/IR, command & control).
• Background in RF, signal processing, or embedded systems.
• Hands-on experience in system integration and testing in lab or field environments.
• Experience working with MATLAB, DOORS, Enterprise Architect, or similar tools.
