About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic, analytical, and creative leader to own all aspects of monetization across our gaming platform. This is a high-impact hybrid role that blends monetization strategy, product ownership, and user lifecycle optimization. You’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth while delivering engaging and rewarding experiences that maximize player retention and lifetime value (LTV).
Key Responsibilities
Monetization Strategy & Execution
- Design, test, and optimize monetization systems (virtual economy, in-app purchases, pricing, offers, and redemptions).
- Own key monetization KPIs such as ARPU, conversion rates, and LTV, driving continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with sweepstakes regulations across all monetization mechanics.
Product Ownership
- Lead the roadmap for monetization-focused features, from ideation to launch and iteration.
- Scope and prioritize impactful product initiatives such as bonus systems, store UX, and promotions.
- Analyze feature performance and adjust based on player data and feedback.
User Journey & Lifecycle Optimization
- Map and optimize the full user journey from acquisition to retention.
- Collaborate with CRM, growth, and analytics teams to deliver personalized and high-performing campaigns.
Cross-Team Leadership
- Align the monetization strategy with company-wide goals.
- Partner with product, marketing, support, and leadership teams to execute and communicate monetization plans.
- Be the go-to expert on player behavior, monetization trends, and competitive benchmarks.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in product management, monetization, or game economy design, ideally in gaming, social casino, or sports apps.
- Strong analytical capabilities and comfort with data tools, A/B testing, and behavioral segmentation.
- Proven success in leading monetization initiatives and working cross-functionally.
- Familiarity with freemium and sweepstakes-based models is a strong plus.
- Passion for sports and gaming, especially U.S. sports, is a big advantage.
