At Helfy, we’re building the future of digital healthcare — making access to prescriptions, treatments, and delivery simpler, smarter, and fully online. We’re looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about solving real-world health challenges through technology and thrives in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment.

As a Product Manager at Helfy, you’ll own the product lifecycle end-to-end: from ideation and user research to roadmap planning, delivery, and optimization. You’ll work closely with engineers, designers, data analysts, and marketers to build scalable B2C solutions that serve patients across Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Define product vision and strategy, aligned with company goals and user needs
  • Lead the entire product lifecycle — research, specs, development, QA, launch, and iteration
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, analytics, operations, and marketing teams
  • Translate complex challenges into clear product initiatives with measurable outcomes
  • Prioritize features using business impact, data, and user feedback
  • Drive A/B tests, analyze product metrics, and optimize the user journey
  • Act as the voice of the user and ensure our platform delivers outstanding digital health experiences

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in product management, ideally in B2C or e-commerce platforms
  • Proven track record of owning and shipping products at scale
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams
  • Bonus: experience in healthtech or telemedicine
