Job Description
TAPI product management is a key strategic function within our commercial organization, responsible for the product life cycle management and ongoing portfolio optimization to maximize sales, profitability, and competitiveness of TAPI.
The product manager owns the global product strategy definition and execution tracking, the "go to market" plan, the creation of all marketing tools, and the training program.
- Define the global product strategy per API and align with relevant interfaces to assure execution– Teva overview, 3rd party sales strategy, "go to market" approach, pricing, life cycle management, etc.
- Drive ongoing improvement in sales and profitability
- In-depth product & market analysis – therapeutic area, market trends, patent landscape, competition landscape, TAPI unique value proposition, operational impact, potential LCMs
- TAPI center of expertise for the market landscape, trends, competition landscape, and TAPI offering
- Develop a promotional plan and marketing tools per API, highlight value propositions, and focus on new opportunities
- Support the sales offices with product training, promotional tools, and seeding of new opportunities (customer-facing)
- Ongoing portfolio optimization – product segmentation, competitiveness analysis, and improvement
- Manage the product life cycle – from strategy creation through organizational alignment and full execution in all different stages of the product life (pipeline, launch, commercial, end of life)
- 7+ years of experience in product management or other significant roles within the pharmaceutical industry- Mast
- Excellent presentation and training skills
- Excellent analytical skills and data mining capabilities
- Good communication skills; ability to collaborate with people from different departments and seniority levels
- Ability for strategic thinking in a complex business environment
- Proactive attitude: initiates activities that lead to growth
- Process-oriented, strong project management capabilities
- Fluent in English
- Academic degree in Industrial Engineering/Science/Others/MBA
- 10% travel time
