Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager.

In this role, you will oversee the strategy and the day-to-day implementation of our financial product solutions that match the needs of our business.

A strong financial background is a must for the perfect applicant, ideally as a CPA, accountant or economist.

Any technical background is a benefit.

This position is temporary.

Responsibilities:

• Implementation of the product's strategy and vision, and make sure it’s aligned with the company's overall objectives and market trends in the financial industry.
• Market research: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, product market fit, and customer needs within the financial technology space.
• Product roadmap: Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on strategic initiatives, customer feedback, and market opportunities, ensuring alignment with business goals and resources.
• Product ownership: Lead cross-functional agile team through the product development lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to design, development, and launch, while maintaining focus on quality and timeliness.
• User experience: proven experience as Product lead pivot. Champion a user-centric approach to product development, leveraging usability testing, customer feedback, and data analytics to continuously improve the user experience and drive user engagement.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting- Must!
• Deep understanding of the financial domain, ecosystem and industry, including accountant firm operations - a must.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing B2B software products, preferably in the financial domain.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams and drive consensus among stakeholders.
