IT Operations System Specialist
You can Expect:
Assist in day‑to‑day administration of Windows servers, virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper‑V).
Support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPO
Monitor server health, performance, and capacity across on‑prem and cloud environments.
Perform routine maintenance, updates, and patching using standard ITOPS processes.
Document troubleshooting steps and contribute to the knowledge base
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in system administration, IT Operation or similar role.
Basic knowledge of:
Windows Server environments
Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP.
Virtualization (VMware)
Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls – An Advantage)
Experience with backup solutions (such as Commvault, Veeam, Rubrik, or similar)
Familiarity with PowerShell and automation basics.
Strong troubleshooting skills and willingness to learn.
High sense of ownership, responsibility, and service orientation.
