We are looking for a visionary adviser who can shape the future of intelligent lossless low-latency DCN solution and datacom chips in the ICT industry.

What will you be doing?

• Analyzing the current and emerging trends, challenges and needs of the ICT industry in relation to intelligent lossless low-latency DCN solution and datacom chips, especially in the areas of DC cloud, storage, and AI big models.
• Providing strategic guidance and technical solutions for the development and innovation of intelligent lossless low-latency DCN solution and datacom chips, and building a competitive edge in the market.
• Keeping abreast of the latest research and development activities of the leading companies in intelligent lossless low-latency DCN solution and datacom chip fields, and anticipating the future direction and opportunities.
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with universities and research institutes in the datacom field, and leveraging their expertise and resources for collaboration and innovation.

What do we want to see?

• More than 15 years of work experience in the ICT industry, with a proven track record of leading and delivering DCN solution and datacom chip projects.
• A deep understanding of the technical principles, architectures, standards, and applications of DCN solution and datacom chips, as well as the relevant industry ecosystems and regulations.
• A strong network and influence in the academic and research communities in the datacom field, and a keen awareness of the latest research topics and breakthroughs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
