Role and Responsibilities:

As a Protein Engineer, you will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team. You will collaborate closely with computational scientists, immunologists, molecular biologists, and drug developers to design and engineer proteins for the advancement of immunotherapy-based therapeutics.

Scientific Qualifications: To excel in this role, you will need the following scientific qualifications:

• PhD (or MSc with relevant industry experience) in protein engineering, structural biology, or other related fields.
• Proficiency in molecular biology techniques, including construct design and cloning.
• Hands-on experience with various biochemical techniques, including recombinant protein expression and purification from different host cells.
• Experience in antibody engineering, encompassing design, expression, purification, and biochemical characterization (a major advantage).
• Familiarity with directed evolution platforms, such as phage/yeast display technologies (a major advantage).
• Experience in working with flow cytometry-based instruments and data analysis programs (an advantage).
