Description

The Location Software Quality team at Apple undertakes specialized projects for the Sensing and Connectivity groups. These projects have encompassed the development of data crowdsourcing systems and the prototyping of applications and features for forthcoming operating system releases. We seek an engineer with a comprehensive understanding of wireless technologies and their potential for enhancing positioning capabilities. You will collaborate closely with developers and other cross-functional stakeholders to comprehend the functionalities and utilize data-driven test results to influence and refine the final product. Your programming expertise will be utilized to automate test processes, conduct data analysis, and generate comprehensive reports.

Minimum Qualifications

Experience Testing Wireless Systems, Products, and Wireless Software Stack.
Strong knowledge of various wireless technologies, including WiFi, Bluetooth, and UWB.
Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies and processes, including the ability to define test plans and elaborate use case test scenarios.
Experience in Python.
