WalkMe is looking for a QA Engineer to design and execute manual test plans and contribute to the overall quality of our web applications. So what will you actually be doing?
Design, plan, and execute QA tests and test plans for complex web applications.
Collaborate closely with development and product teams throughout the development lifecycle.
Investigate and report product issues to ensure our high-quality standards are met.
Review functionality and performance of final products before deployment.
Manage software releases, including updates, patches, and bug fixes across multiple production environments.
Maintain and monitor automated integration testing pipelines using Cypress and DD.
Contribute to documentation, QA processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What should you bring to the table?
3+ years of experience in QA for complex web applications.
Experience testing client-server applications using REST methodology and tools (e.g., Postman).
Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to evaluate good UI.
Experience writing clear and comprehensive test documentation (test cases, feature specs).
Proficiency in using DevTools (Console, Network) for debugging and analysis.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Hands-on experience working with databases (SQL, MongoDB).Ability to work independently and within a cross-functional team.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Bonus Points

Experience with JavaScript and Cypress test automation.
Experience working with DataDog Tools.
