What Were Looking For:
You have a growth mindset: embracing ambiguity and seeking opportunities to challenge yourself and continuously grow your skills. This is a challenging role, so we expect you to have significant experience leading and developing complex and distributed engineering systems. We are looking for an individual contributor that enjoys mentoring teammates and working closely with users.

Requirements:
3 times a week in office - Har Hotzvim - Jerusalem
Proficient in Hebrew and English both written and verbal, sufficient for achieving consensus and success in a remote and largely asynchronous work environment.
Professional experience with containerization or similar technologies in large production environments
Significant experience with object-oriented programming languages in a production environment at scale.
Demonstrated capacity to clearly and concisely communicate about complex technical, architectural, and/or organizational problems and propose thorough iterative solutions
Experience with performance and optimization problems and a demonstrated ability to both diagnose and prevent these problems
You have demonstrated the ability to onboard and integrate with an organization long-term.
Experience owning a project from concept to production
