In this role, you will provide Technical Support to company employees, troubleshoot computer issues, and assist with the maintenance of our information systems.
Responsibilities
Provide responsive Technical Support and address employee inquiries regarding hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment, software, and company devices
Troubleshoot and resolve basic to intermediate technical problems
Set up workstations and user accounts for new employees
Perform regular system updates and security patches
Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses
Document technical solutions and maintain internal knowledge base
Assist with basic network maintenance and troubleshooting
Support remote workers with technical issues
Contribute to IT projects as needed

Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems; familiarity with Mac OS and Linux environments is a plus

Experience with standard office software and productivity tools
Familiarity with remote desktop applications and support tools
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
