We're growing fast, and we're looking for someone to own our voice online.

The Role

As our Social Media Manager, you'll be the creative engine behind Ezra's online presence. You'll craft the strategy, build the content, and grow the community all while keeping a sharp eye on what's working and what's not.

What you'll do:

Design and execute social media strategies across key platforms

Create and curate content that resonates with Israeli audiences

Manage and optimize our social accounts day-to-day

Track performance metrics and translate data into action

Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with business goals

Stay ahead of trends and platform updates

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in social media marketing and content strategy

Strong writing and communication skills, you know how to tell a story

Fluency in Hebrew and English (additional languages are a bonus)

Familiarity with the Israeli market and its cultural nuances

Comfortable with social analytics tools and performance reporting

Creative, self-driven, and adaptable in a fast-moving startup environment

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
